BALTIMORE (WMAR) — The September death of a 2-month-old has been ruled a homicide.

Syncere Curry was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital unresponsive the night of November 11, 2018.

Baltimore Police were called to the hospital where doctors told them and the infant's parents that Syncere had no brain activity.

Doctors were able to keep Syncere alive in the hospital until September 19, when he passed away.

On Friday, the Medical Examiner found that Curry had suffered multiple head injuries which caused his death, making the case a homicide.

No charges have been filed at this time, as homicide detectives are continuing to investigate.
