Baltimore's pilot program with Bird and Lime scooters hasn't come without its problems. A common issue for riders -- finding a scooter to use.

On Wednesday it looks like some were found trying to take a swim.

Baltimore Police found several scooters and a wheelchair after pulling them from the Inner Harbor. They say they used GPS technology to find them.

An Instagram user took several photos of the underwater recovery unit retrieving them, and it's unclear how many scooters were found, but they appear to all be Bird Scooters.

There is no word on who may be responsible for taking the scooters for a swim at this time.

Baltimore's Bike Share program ended in August and made way for the scooters. That pilot program runs through the end of February.
