BALTIMORE - Baltimore residents worried about potential flooding this weekend can pick up sandbags in Fells Point Thursday afternoon and evening, the Baltimore City Department of Public Works said.
Sandbags are available from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Broadway Pier on the south side of Thames Street. Sand, bags, bag ties, and shovels will be supplied.
Residents much show proof they live in the city. There is a 10 bag limit per resident. Sandbags will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
