Clowns from Ringling Brothers met and performed Thursday with a group of local clowns, all of whom are individuals with developmental disabilities who are served by The Arc Baltimore.
The two groups of clowns actually met two years ago and, when Ringling Brothers came to town again, one of their clowns reached out to The Arc to see if everyone could get together and perform.
