A month after the developer scrapped plans to renovate Cross Street Market, the project is being reconsidered.
Cross Street Market's website posted an update Tuesday announcing Caves Valley Partners will work on a revised plan to the original project.
In the plan, the company emphasizes upgrades can be made while keeping the stores open during potential rent increases.
The developer is seeking state funds so tenants can build out their spaces.
The new plan also recommends a liquor license that would allow some vendors to sell alcohol.
There are also calls to improve the conditions of Nick's Inner Harbor Seafood.
