BALTIMORE (WMAR) — A body was recovered from the water on Tuesday evening in Canton.
The body was found in the 2000 block of S. Clinton Street near the Port of Baltimore Terminals.
Baltimore City Fire officials were unsure if severe storms and flooding in the area played any role.
