A new report says Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is number one among mayors who use Twitter.
The DCI group released a list of 25 mayors, and the mayor topped it. The firm evaluated the accounts of 250 mayors across the country from Jan. 1 through Feb. 29, looking at audience, number of tweets and engagement.
DC's mayor Muriel Bowser comes in second on this list.
