As many areas continue to flood after days of heavy rainfall, one shelter is opening its doors.
American Red Cross officials say their Central Maryland office is open to anyone affected by the recent storms.
The shelter is located at 4800 Mount Hope Drive in Baltimore. Anyone needing further assistance is asked to call 410-624-2040.
