Hampden is the 8th hottest neighborhood in the country, according to the real estate site Redfin.
The site said that's due to the neighborhood's affordability, charm and access to public transportation.
The city's Riverside and Federal Hill rank second and third in the Baltimore-Towson area behind Hampden.
