BALTIMORE — With the recent tweets and opinions from President Donald Trump on the condition of Baltimore being "a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess," a local real estate company wanted to turn the controversial comments on the city into something positive.

In an effort to bring light into the situation, they decided to showcase their Hampden listing in a very memorable way.

One of their team members dressed up in a rat costume and featured some of what Charm City is known for in support of the #WeAreBaltimore movement.

"We're [Baltimore] not rat infested, and anyone knows that in any major city near water there will be rats," said Christina Dudley, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty.

The photo shoot turned out very creative and super funny. Take a look!

Dudley says her team has been posting pictures of members in different costumes at their listings for about a year now, and it always seems to be a hit. But, this time they wanted to add in a special guest to spread their message across and defend their beloved city.

"It's fun, it's different, it gets you away from the look of a usual listing," said Dudley.

Now that all this rat talk is out of the way, the actual listing is at 3407 Chestnut Avenue and features four bedrooms with 1.5 baths in Baltimore's Hampden neighborhood.
