Mayor Catherine Pugh is tapping into President-Elect Donald Trump's promise to re-build America's infrastructure.
"We are prime for revitalization dollars for restructuring our water system. We need lighting, we need infrastructure and I thought it was appropriate to do so," Pugh said addressing her meeting with Trump.
Pugh and Trump had a brief meeting while Trump was in town for the Army-Navy game.
During the visit Pugh gave Trump a letter noting the city's 'needs'. She also gave him a Baltimore pin and asked whenever he looked at it that he remembered the city,
