With so many water main breaks in Baltimore City, Mayor Catherine Pugh wants to provide updates on the progress crews are making.
DPW director Rudy Chow will join the mayor for a news conference on the progress being made.
The announcement is set for noon Friday at the Emergency Operation Center on North Fulton Avenue.
