"We just want to make the experience great for our festival-goers and our Inner Harbor and Harbor East businesses. It is important to us that they see an increase during Light City," said Festival Director Kathy Hornig. "It's also important to us that Light City is always for Baltimore, by Baltimore."

The first ran from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and the second ran from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
