Pre-trial hearings will be held Wednesday for four of the six Baltimore Police officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray.
The hearings are regarding the trials for Sgt. Alicia White, Officer Garrett Miller, Officer Edward Nero and Lt. Brian Rice.
The filings indicate prosecutors could try to call Officer William Porter as a witness in those trials.

Porter’s trial ended in a mistrial in December, and his new trial is scheduled for June. His lawyers have filed an injunction in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals to prevent him from being forced to testify against Officer Caesar Goodson, who was driving the van in which Gray was fatally injured.
Goodson’s trial, originally scheduled to begin this week, has been put on hold pending COSA’s ruling.
