UPDATE: Baltimore Police confirmed shortly after that the child's parents were found.
Baltimore Police found a young child walking alone in the 5200 block of Park Heights Ave in northwest Baltimore.
Officers are trying identify him and locate his family. Anyone who may have information is asked to call police at 410-396-2466.
