UPDATE: Baltimore Police say they have located the child's parents.

Baltimore City Police said a boy, possibly 3 or 4 years old, was found walking in the 3400 block of Wilkens Ave. near a 7-Eleven store just before 5 a.m. Thursday.
The child was otherwise safe and unharmed, according to police. He was found and taken for treatment by an employee of St. Agnes Hospital.
Police are unable to locate his parents. Anyone with information on the identity of the child or his parents is asked to call 911.
