A woman was attacked and sexually assaulted in an alley in Southeast Baltimore.
It happened on March 23, 2017 in the 3400 block of Esther Place. The 39-year-old woman was walking in the block around 7:30 a.m. when she was approached by a man.
The man had a knife and forced the woman into an alley. He threatened and sexually assaulted her before running away.
The woman was treated at the hospital.
Police released a sketch of the suspect.
He may have a heart shaped tattoo under his left eye.
