Police pulled a woman from the Baltimore Inner Harbor Thursday after witnesses say she stripped down to her bra and went for a swim.
The woman was in the water swimming for about 15 minutes, mainly doing the backstroke. She appeared to be escorted away in handcuffs.
A fire truck and ambulance also responded to the scene.
