Baltimore Police are looking for 78-year-old John Edmonds, who is reported missing and vulnerable.
Edmonds was last seen on September 2, 2017 around 2:00 in morning on the 100 block of North Central Ave. He was wearing a blue hooded jacket and blue sweatpants.
Police say Edmonds may be seen pushing around a cart.
