Baltimore Police say Child Protective Services has reunited a toddler with her mother after she was found unattended on Saturday morning.
Baltimore Police say they found a 3-year-old unattended walking in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Ave around 5:30 Saturday morning.
Officers were canvassing the area for any open doors, trying to find the parents of this toddler. The toddler was barefoot and wearing Minnie-Mouse pajamas when found.
