BALTIMORE — A man is dead after allegedly firing at police on Thursday morning.
Officers were called to the area of Wilkens and S. Caton Avenues, near St. Agnes Hospital, for someone threatening to take their own life.

Upon pulling up at the scene, the officers came under fire.
Luckily, none were hurt.
The suspect was shot to death. His name was not released.
