On the night of May 28, at 9:38 p.m., officers responded to Johns Hopkins Pediatrics for a report of an unresponsive infant. Police said medical personnel had pronounced the baby deceased.

Homicide detectives responded to the Hospital, where they interviewed the family of the infant.

Following an external examination, investigators noticed bruising to the infants body. The infants body was transported to the Medical Examiners office where an autopsy was conducted.
