Ellicott City wasn't the only area that was hit with flooding Saturday.

Crews in Baltimore City were called to the Meadow Mill complex off Clipper Mill Road and Union Avenue.

They found cars in eight to 12 feet of water, some floating down stream.

Four people were rescued. One was stuck on the roof of the car, and the three others were in the water.

Everyone was brought to dry land safely, and no one was hurt.

Those businesses in the area were still cleaning up from the damage Monday.
