The Parking Authority of Baltimore City (PABC) and the Mayor's Office on Disabilities launched Phase 2 of ProjectSPACE in Harbor East and Fells Point Tuesday.
The initiative will provide more on-street parking for persons who are disabled and decrease the theft or abuse of disability place cards.

About 70 on-street parking spaces will be available for drivers displaying the disability tags.
At least 95 additional parking meters will be lowered to accommodate those with disabilities.
