BALTIMORE (WMAR) — The Baltimore City Fire Department tells WMAR-2 News thatone person is dead following a house fire in West Baltimore early Wednesday morning.
Fire crews responded to the call around 2:15 a.m. at 2567 Fairmount Avenue. When they arrived, crews found a woman dead on the first floor.
According to officials, when firefighter entered the home, they said the inside was completely charred.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
