Shooter arrested for attempted homicide

Citywide shooting detectives arrested last Saturday's attempted homicide shooter.

On June 30, officers responded to a shooting on the 3000 block of Hollins Ferry Road. Police located a 36-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.

On Thursday, detectives arrested and identified the suspect as, 19-year-old Aaron Norman. He was charged with first-degree attempted murder.

Norman was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility and denied bail.
