Baltimore officers have arrested 38 year old Carnegy Franklin for illegally possessing a fire arm. While officers were investigating recent drug activity, they recovered drugs and a loaded hand gun.
Franklin was arrested in the 4900 block of Queensberry Avenue on March 25, 2018.
According to police, Franklin is not allowed to own a firearm.
