BALTIMORE, Md. — A Baltimore Police officer rescued a man from the water at the Baltimore Inner Harbor on Friday evening.
Officers were called to the scene of the rescue around 9:10 p.m. on the 600 block of East Pratt Street.
They say an officer jumped in the water to save him and he was taken to an area hospital where his condition is unknown at this time.
The officer that performed the rescue was also transported to the hospital and officials say he is expected to be okay.

It is unknown how the man got in the water. Police are investigating the incident.
