Baltimore City Councilman Nick Mosby officially entered the race for mayor.
Mosby, who is married to Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby, officially filed his candidacy Monday morning.

Last month, he released his 15-point plan focusing on improving public safety, economic growth and education in the city.
