If you're in the market for buying a home, you may be in luck.
The nation's largest homeownership event works to make the dream of owning a home a reality, and it's kicking off in Baltimore on Thursday. Thousands are expected to come out to this event that will help people afford to buy a home at reduced rates.
This is all part of the achieve the dream tour hosted by NACA, the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America. It's a five-day event here in Baltimore that will be a one-stop shop for home buyers. The event will include things like workshops, one-on-one counseling and also same day mortgage pre-approvals.
NACA is also offering mortgages that do not require a down payment or credit score consideration, and it also doesn't have closing costs or fees.
If you are interested in coming out the event is taking place at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Baltimore and starts from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday. Walk-ins are welcome but you can also RSVP online.
