BALTIMORE — It was an emotional and joyous day for more than 100 students graduating from a nonprofit college and career program, Year Up Baltimore.

The program serves low-income students between 18 and 24 years old in Baltimore City and the surrounding areas. They attend Baltimore City Community College while learning important job skills.

One of the students attending is Julian Cuffey, who is on the cyber security track.

"I'm going to be interning at Sienna Corporation where I'm going to be working as a data analyst," said Cuffey. "The sky is the limit."

Graduates have gone on to intern with businesses like Carefirst, Exelon, Bank of America and Whiting-Turner.
