Mike Rowe, host of "Dirty Jobs" and "Somebody's Gotta Do It," attended the Second Annual Build Baltimore Gala over the weekend.
The benefit raised money for Project Jumpstart, a pre-apprenticeship program that helps people learn skills in the construction trade to improve their job opportunities.

Rowe created the mikeroweWORKS Foundation as part of his commitment to improving access to jobs.

"What I think that people need to know about is that here in Baltimore, we actually have living proof that this concept works," said Rowe.
