On Friday, The Baltimore City Squeegee Corps hosted their first pop-up car wash at Baltimore City Hall.
The Squeegee Corps was introduced by Mayor Catherine Pugh to help get and keep youth out of dangerous situations and to help them develop their entrepreneurial skills.
