Mayor Pugh opens recreation centers while Baltimore Public Schools are closed

For the second day in a row, Baltimore Mayor, Catherine Pugh, opened recreation centers in the city. 

This comes after Baltimore City Public Schools closed due to the frigid temperatures. 

The City of Baltimore and Food Bank will be providing snacks and food today to students at the centers.
