Mayor Catherine Pugh introduced the new Enoch Pratt Free Library CEO and Board Chair.
Heidi Daniel is the new CEO, succeeding Carla Hayden. Hayden is now the head librarian at the Library of Congress. Daniel has worked in libraries on Ohio, Houston and Oklahoma.
Ben Rosenberg will step in as board chair.
