Neighbors shared video footage of water gushing out of the streets in Baltimore.
Crews are currently at the scene of the water main breaks on the 700 block of Elmwood Road and, just a few blocks away, another water main break that was reported on the 6200 block of Walther Avenue.
Baltimore City reports that three hydrants are out of service on Elmwood Road and a 12-inch diameter break is broken on Walther Avenue.
About 110 residents are currently without water in the area.
