BALTIMORE — A man is in critical condition after he was shot in the torso in West Baltimore.
On Monday at about 2:42 p.m., officers responded to the 1900 block of West Lafayette Street for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a 21-year-old man suffering a gunshot wound to the torso.
The victim was taken to an area hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition.
