BALTIMORE — A man was shot in the shoulder on Friday in Baltimore.
Friday morning, just after 4:30a.m., Central District patrol officers were called to a hospital after a shooting victim walked in.
Officials say the victim was a 24-year-old man who had been shot in the shoulder.
Police say the victim was very uncooperative with investigators and refused to give them any information.
The location of the shooting has not been released.
