BALTIMORE — A man is in serious condition after being shot in the face.
Monday night just before 2:30 a.m., officers headed to the 400 block of E. Baltimore Street for a shooting.
Officers say a 31-year-old man was shot in the arm and face.
The victim was taken to an area hospital where he is in serious condition.
Police say they are questioning a person of interest and continuing to investigate.
