BALTIMORE — A man was shot in the arm in West Baltimore.

On Saturday at about 8:59 p.m., a Western District patrol officer was walking on foot in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, when he was approached by several people, informing him of a shooting.

Officers found the victim, a 38-year-old man, shot in the arm.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
