Baltimore Police arrived at the scene of a reported shooting on the 1100 block of West Lanvale Street.
At the scene, officers found a 22-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Officers say they located the man in a stolen Dodge Neon, unconscious with a stolen firearm in his lap.
The man was transported to a nearby hospital for his injury and is in critical condition.
Detectives are investigating the incident.
