BALTIMORE — A man was shot in his hip Friday morning.
Around 3:15a.m., officers headed to the 7000 block of Fieldcrest Road to investigate a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found a 23 year-old man who had been shot in the right hip.
The victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.
Police say the victim had been in a physical altercation with an unknown person, at that location, when that person pulled out a gun and shot the victim. The alleged shooter left the scene before police arrived.
