A man is hospitalized after falling about 30 feet on board a Navy Reserve vessel.
Officials say a contractor on the ship was entrapped after falling into a ballast water tank at the North Locust Point marine terminal Wednesday.
Baltimore fire crews worked to extract the man from the confined cargo hold, and transported him to a local hospital for a reported femur injury.
