A man jumped from the second floor after a fire broke out in the 1600 block of N. Payson Street in west Baltimore Wednesday morning.
The man was taken to Bayview in serious condition for burn treatment.
Drivers should avoid the area of N. Payson Street between Presbury and Baker Streets.
