A man has died and a woman injured after being involved in an early morning crash in Baltimore. Police say both were in the same car driving south in the 2200 block of N Howard St when they struck a business sign, causing the woman to be ejected and the man trapped inside the car. Emergency personnel declared the man dead at the scene; the woman was rushed to a hospital with unknown injuries.
