BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Baltimore Police have made an arrest in a deadly stabbing that occurred Monday evening.

Officers were called around 5:45 p.m. to a home in the 1200 block of Anglesea Street, where they found 32-year-old James Rytina suffering from stab wounds.

Rytina was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital where he died.

Still on scene was the 32-year-old suspect, Peter Testerman, who was taken into custody.

After being interviewed by detectives, Testerman was charged with first and second degree murder and assault.

Testerman is currently being held at Central Booking without bail.

Police say Testerman and Rytina lived together, but couldn't say what relationship the two had.
