BALTIMORE — A man has been arrested in connection with a string of indecent exposure incidents around Baltimore.
Jason Morgan, 49, has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure.
Police say these incidents happened in the southeast district during June and July.
Morgan was arrested at a home in Harford County and taken to the Harford County Detention Center.
These incidents remains under investigation as police say Morgan may be connected to other incidents in the area.
