BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Baltimore Police have arrested a 31-year-old man accused of stealing $16,000 worth of chips at Horseshoe Casino.
Samuel Stovall was taken into custody on Saturday.
It's unclear how Stovall was caught allegedly stealing the chips.
Police released no other information.
