Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh announced the launch of a website dedicated to creating transparency in the police department's consent decree.
Pugh said the website allows the public to follow the police reform process "from start to finish."
"This is going to be a transparent and open process because we need the community's input to make true reforms to our police department and to build a stronger relationship between the community and the department," Pugh said.
Applications for five open positions on the Community Oversight Task Force were also announced, giving the community even more input throughout the process, Pugh said. The deadline for applications is May 22.
Mayor Pugh and Police Commissioner Kevin Davis held a press conference Thursday morning.
