The liquor board hearing for Banditos Bar and Kitchen on charges stemming from a stabbing last month has been postponed.
The attorney who represents Banditos has a conflict and asked for it to be changed.

The Board of Liquor License Commissioners claims the Banditos’ manager destroyed blood evidence when cleaning up the crime scene, and the bar played a role by not stopping 17-year-old Shawn Guzman who's accused of cutting three people during a fight.
The open public hearing is now set to take place on July 20 at 11 a.m.
